Trademark Policy

This Trademark Policy explains how the coderkrow name, logo, and other brand identifiers may be used.

The purpose of this policy is to protect the identity of coderkrow while allowing developers, contributors, users, and the broader community to refer to the project accurately and fairly.

This policy applies to the coderkrow name, logos, visual identity, product names, and other identifiers that are used to distinguish coderkrow and its projects.

1. Our Trademarks

For example, creating a product called "coderkrow Cloud", "CoderKrow Pro", or another name that could reasonably be interpreted as an official coderkrow product is not permitted without authorization.

This restriction does not prevent you from truthfully describing compatibility or integration with coderkrow.

is materially different from:

coderkrow Developer Tools

The first identifies your own product and describes its relationship with coderkrow. The second may imply that the product originates from coderkrow.

6. Third-Party Trademarks

coderkrow does not claim ownership of trademarks belonging to other companies, organizations, or projects.

Names such as Linux, GitHub, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Docker, Ollama, and other third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party trademarks are made for identification and descriptive purposes and do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those organizations unless explicitly stated.

Third-party trademarks should be used according to the applicable trademark policies of their respective owners.

7. Open Source Does Not Automatically Grant Trademark Rights

Some coderkrow projects or components may be distributed under open-source licenses.

An open-source license may grant rights to use, modify, and redistribute software according to its terms. It does not automatically grant permission to use coderkrow trademarks, logos, or other brand identifiers as the branding for modified or redistributed versions.

If you distribute a modified version of coderkrow software, you should make the distinction between the original coderkrow project and your modified version clear.

8. Community Projects and Integrations

We welcome projects, integrations, plugins, tutorials, extensions, and other community contributions built around coderkrow projects.

Community projects should maintain a clear distinction between the community project and coderkrow itself.

You may describe your project as:
